Are you taking backups?

We take data safety very seriously.

Our database and file storage are hosted by Google Cloud whose infrastructure is designed for maximum reliability and uptime.

All systems are inherently redundant by design and each subsystem is not dependent on any particular physical or logical server for ongoing operation. Data is replicated multiple times across Google's clustered active servers so that, in the case of a machine failure, data will still be accessible through another system.

Google also replicates data to secondary data centers to ensure protection from data center failures.

On top of that we are incrementally backing up our database and storage multiple times daily and we're keeping the backups for up to one month.

The files are stored off-site, on multiple locations and database backups are encrypted.
