We have an import tool that will import the podcast in a matter of minutes. If you are confused about the process we can import your podcast for you.
Do you have an annual pricing option?
At the moment we do not. Annual pricing options may be available in the future.
Is there a limit to episode audio file size?
There is a 250 MiB file size limit. It is enough for more than two hours of content per episode. We suggest you exporting your files at 128kbps. The quality is good and the file sizes are small so it's easier for your listeners to download.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Of course, you can cancel your premium plan at any time!
